The Crowne Plaza is adjacent to the East Towne Mall and five miles from downtown Madison. Guests enter through a three-story atrium, which also houses the hotel's restaurant. Austin's features a daily breakfast buffet, Friday evening fish fry, and Saturday night all-you-can-eat prime rib. Pearl's Sports Bar features televised sports and a light-fare menu.
The glass-enclosed pool area also houses a Jacuzzi, fitness area, and game room. Services include concierge, guest laundry facilities, valet laundry and dry cleaning, free self-parking or valet parking for a fee, and complimentary shuttle serving a three-mile radius. Pets welcome (fee). Pets not allowed in executive level or in suites.
