Please note that check-in is at the Alpine Resort Properties office in downtown Winter Park. Coming from the south on US Hwy 40, 2 miles past the Winter Park Ski Resort is the town of Winter Park. Once you are in downtown Winter Park, make a left at 7-11, make a quick left into the parking lot of Alpine Resort Properties. Please call 800-551-9943 for after hours check in procedures.

Meadow Ridge is located in Fraser and provides guests with on-site amenities such as full access to the clubhouse, year round indoor pool, hot tubs, exercise room and tennis court. Our one and two bedroom condos feature wood burning fireplaces, full kitchens and deck access in the living rooms, offering great views of the Rocky Mountains and Winter Park Ski Resort.
